When shipping orders outside Denmark, the freight costs depend on the value of the goods, their weight/volume and the country of delivery.
Before approving your order, we will inform you of the freight costs, and price for preparation of export/import documentation.
Are you not a member of the EU, you don’t have to pay Danish VAT, but your local taxes. Each country has it's own percentage rate. This information can be found at your local customs office. You as the customer are solely responsible for paying these fees. Please ensure you are familiar with your countries import rules and regulations. If you’re in doubt, please contact your local customs office for more information.
The dispatch of large goods is carried out by freight forwarding agents. If no special agreement is made, the delivery will be a curbside delivery, as is usual for freight forwarding. The forwarding agent will contact you via phone or e-mail to decide on a specific delivery time.
When you have placed your order we will contact you and let you know, the time of delivery etc.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver all products listed on our website internationally for various reasons such as warranties, logistics and legal reasons. If this affects your order, we will contact you directly to discuss the options available to you.
